Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A1.T/T. 30% before manufacturing ,70% balance before delivery.E-checking,Credit Card and so on .
Q2. What is your packing method?
A2. For trees we pack our goods in poly bags then put in strong export cartons. Some we will add inner boxes . For flowers , we will use polystyrefoam to protect the ceramic or cement pot . Then put in strong export carton.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A3. Generally, it will take 30 days for one 40HQ after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the order season and specific items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A4. Yes, we can duplicate samples according to your samples or pictures .
Q5. Can you provide samples?
A5: Yes,we can offer you samples free of charge for available stocks . Normally we charge 2 times of unit price sample fee . Sample fee can be refundable after you place order .
